Kaeppeli's 'Countrystay':
with farm animals in
the Coromandel
What, no sheep! I thought New Zealand was full of sheep. We have pigs, horses, goats, hens, cats, dog, cows and calves, but at present no sheep. At Kaeppeli's, the farm animals are an important part of life. We can't imagine life without our animals.

and bed and breakfast highlights. Old Spike here loves to meet and greet anyone who cares to visit him.
Visiting the animals and other local attractions will keep you busy. We have many tips for the Coromandel to help plan your day.
Farm animals for children
Our
little petting zoo is a great place to introduce children to animals. We think it is important
that children have contact with animalswho have so much to give.
Ideal for families with children.
Farm life
Our animals have a great life as we — and they — enjoy healthy food. Our farmstay, is rather unique. We farm the gentle, organic way.
We farm with kindness. I think the animals enjoy the view as much as we do. They often sit and look out to sea.

Dear Olivia - Thankyou for letting me play with your rabbits and feed the goats.
Guest Questions
What do you have the goats for?
Our long term plan is to start milking the goats and making cheese.
