Oratia Room
Our Oratia room is a great place for a family to stay. It is a large room divided into two areas, sleeping and living. Its own bathroom also with a view.

Living room
The
Oratia room has it's own dining table, fridge, mini bar, tea, coffee, TV and sofa.DVD on request.
This area was built in 2005, it has tiled flooring continuing into the bathroom and toilet. It has a view out to Whangapoua, New Chums beach. and the Coromandel ranges. It enjoys the «long lingering sun» in the afternoon, thus the name Oratia.
The
sofa in the Oratia room folds out to be a comfortable double bed. Ideal for an extra adult or children. Beach towels are in all our rooms for your
convience.
Sleeping room
The
sleeping area has two very comfortable single beds side by side. With large feather pillows and duvets, it has a European feel. Duvet, pillows
and the beautiful cotton sheets are all imported from Switzerland. Sheets and blankets are available if you prefer them.
Sea view deck
From the bottom deck of the Oratia room you look directly over to Whangapoua, New Chums Beach and the Coromandel ranches. with Mt Moehau
to the north.
From the spectacular top deck you can see for miles. A view that has to be seen to be believed. Come see for yourself.
Bathroom
The tastfully decorated tiled bathroom is designed especially for enjoying the view out to Whangapoua whilst in the shower, if you so wish.
Or sit in the bath and gaze out to sea. On a moonlit night it is quite magical listening to the sounds of the night and the waves crashing on the rocks at Rings Beach.
A night light in the bathroom helps you can see your way, should you need to get up at night, without disturbing anyone else.
